We inform you that this Website http://meritconsultores.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned by MERIT CONSULTORES, S.L., with Company Tax Code (CIF) B-86420734, (hereinafter, “MERIT”) and registered address at Calle Serrano 211, 1ºD, 28016, Madrid, registered in the Business Register of Madrid under Volume 29846, Folio 147, Section 8, Page 537021, Entry 1.

The access and/or use of the Website gives you the condition of user, and from this access and/or use, you accept this Legal Notice.

The User takes responsibility for the use of the Website. The Website may provide access to a number of texts, graphs, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content and information (hereinafter, "Content") belonging to MERIT or to third parties which may be accessed by the User.

MERIT states that the material contained in this Website has been included for information purposes only, and is therefore insufficient as regards decision-making or positions being taken in any specific case.

MERIT therefore has the exclusive right to exploit the aforementioned content and graphic design.

Thus, by virtue of the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, enacting the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Act, and of Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks, as well as any other supplementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, it is forbidden to reproduce, transmit, adapt, translate, distribute or communicate to the public, or to make available to the public, or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the content of the Website, unless express authorisation is given by MERIT beforehand.

MERIT does not grant any licence or authorisation for the use of any of its intellectual and industrial property or any other property rights or any right related to the Website and/or the services or content of the aforementioned.

The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights belonging to MERIT. To this end, the reproduction and temporary storage of the content of the Website is permitted when strictly necessary for the Website to be used and displayed on a personal computer/Tablet or phone.

MERIT does not take any responsibility for any links to other applications or websites found on the MERIT Website, as these may lead the User to other applications or websites over which MERIT has no control whatsoever.

In this respect, MERIT may not be held responsible for any information contained in these third party links or for any consequences which may derive from this information. 

The inclusion of links to other websites or applications does not therefore mean that their content has been approved by MERIT or that there is any kind of association between MERIT and the owners of the aforementioned.

Consequently, the User accesses the Content under their exclusive responsibility and in the conditions of use which prevail in the aforementioned.

This Legal Notice represents an agreement between each one of the Users and MERIT. 

In the event that the competent authority states that a provision is illegal, null and void or not applicable, this statement with regard to one or several clauses shall be understood without prejudice to the validity of the other clauses. 

The fact that MERIT does not require any of the provisions of this Legal Notice to be strictly observed does not represent and may not in any way be interpreted as a renunciation on its part to demand that any of the aforementioned be strictly observed in the future.

MERIT shall pursue any failure to observe this Legal Notice, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal action that may correspond to MERIT by law.
